OHIO'S WORKERS' COMPENSATION BUDGET GOING TO CONFERENCE COMMITTEE
Following the Ohio Senate’s passage of HB 75 last week, the Ohio House voted not to concur with the Senate changes during their session on Thursday. This means a conference committee is needed to reconcile the differences in the bill before it can head to Gov. DeWine’s desk for his signature.

DISTRACTED DRIVING BILL RECEIVES A SECOND HEARING
On Thursday, June 10, the Ohio Chamber offered written proponent testimony on House Bill 283. HB 283 would prohibit the use of an electronic wireless communication device (EWCD).
