TIP OF THE WEEK

Hello Christian,

.

As you reach out to potential Mastermind Group participants, you'll have some who aren't interested at all, some who express early interest but it fades and a third group which is excited and actively engaged. This is natural and in keeping with consumer patterns. Actively engage everyone, but try to cultivate the early adopters. They are what Malcolm Gladwell calls in his book 'The Tipping Point' mavens meaning 'experts' or 'connoisseurs' . They will most champion your group and help you promote and sustain it.

.

All my best!

.

Resource of the Week

.

In the learning module we discuss creating a curated list of community stakeholders to invite to a planning meeting prior to establishing your Mastermind Group. While you want to make community connections your primary source of participant development, you'll also want to actively engage participants in social media. Beyond this, you want to create a group on Meetup to ensure you have a regular presence.
