For the next few weeks, we will be off our regular schedule. April and May are busy with Passover, a few trips, our son's graduation from TCU, Mother's Day, family, and more.
I will do my best to keep delicious menus coming out. I will have a small menu next week for Wednesday delivery. Then we will dive right into Passover baking and cooking. Feel free to text or call with any questions.

One of my favorite lunches is chicken salad with delicious red grapes and chopped pecans on French bread with lettuce and tomato. This chicken salad recipe brings back memories. You could dress it up with an avocado and serve it on a croissant.

For a healthy homemade lunch or dinner on the go? This week I am offering a grilled lemon chicken breast and it's so good! Goes great with our twice-baked potato and roasted broccoli. Super easy all you have to do is heat and eat!

Twice Baked Potatoes are a classic! These make the perfect side dish for any meal. Filled with all the toppings we LOVE, butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, and chives. They freeze great too! (Bacon can be omitted.)
