This week, the League of Women Voters of Huntington recognized four organizations and one individual who have shown extraordinary civic action and whose get-out-the-vote efforts led to unprecedented voting in the Town of Huntington. The Cinema Arts Centre is honored to have been among the honorees.

All recognized were awarded a plaque and/or certificate of appreciation presented by the LWV Huntington President Lizbeth Thalheimer. Due to the pandemic, presentations were made to each awardee at their place of business in a masked and socially distanced manner.

The Cinema Arts Centre congratulates our fellow honorees, Connoisseur Radio, The Paramount, Five Towns College, and Joann Raia, former Town Clerk & Registrar, Town of Huntington.
