Webinar: Leading with Grace when Discussing Race
Discussing issues of race, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace may at times feel uncomfortable. But we know that promoting diversity and participating in initiatives like Call to Action #42 are absolutely essential in a competitive business environment.

In this webinar with Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion expert, Rumina Morris, participants will begin to examine ways in which they can affect change as leaders, advocates and allies.

Using critical self-reflection, participants will be encouraged to reflect on how their biases may be preventing them from delivering on being an inclusive workplace.
