Leadership Where it Matters Most

Dear Friends,

Today we would like to share with you a selection of ways in which Catholic Leadership Institute is partnering with ministries and dioceses across the country to help provide effective pastoral leadership formation and consulting services.

Our CEO, Dan Cellucci, is well-known for pondering the question "What if they don't come back?" In our apostolate, everyday we are making strategic decisions to help us understand why people stay and to build upon those learnings. Our Disciple Maker Index survey, which is highlighted in the below article from the Diocese of Lansing, is a tool that helps us understand the key drivers that motivate our flock and envision future possibilities. With this information, we are able to better support our bishops and priests in their ministry through a variety of methods.

A sampling of our progress is highlighted below, including a podcast interview with Dan and an introduction of our new Quintessentials - tangible applications for ministry. Our passion for equipping leaders and igniting hope is augmented by the relationships we build and support. As such, we are excited to be partnering with the Eucharistic Congress, sponsoring the priest track, allowing us to further support and minister to their most urgent needs.

I hope you enjoy the material provided below to learn more about our commitment to the Church's mission.

Blessings,

Katie Pesha, MBA

Vice President, Strategic Communications
