Pre-registration was required for meals and has closed.

You will want to park in the parking lot at the South Entrance.
If you have registered, you will pick up your name tag at the Welcome Center. Registration begins at 9:30am. Worship/Devotional/Communion begins at 10am.

Business Sessions will be held in Room C104
Folders with business items will be at tables in Room C104 - Click here for reports.
Meals will be held in Room C102.
Worship/Ordination Service will be held in the Sanctuary.

Coffee, Soda and Tea will be available all day. They will be located in the Commons area in Corridor C.
Water will be available at tables in C104.
There will be a snack table next to the Welcome Center Desk-please help yourself.

Childcare Reimbursement for Pastors
Childcare will not be provided during Leadership Summit. Pastors with young children who have childcare provided at home during Leadership Summit can ask to be reimbursed for this expense.
Requests for reimbursement can be sent to: gatewayfmcusa@gmail.com. Please remember to specify the amount that you paid for reimbursement.
Stole Information and What to Wear
Wondering what is appropriate to wear? Business Casual is the answer.
Ordained Pastors, you do not need to bring your stole this year for the Ordination Service (unless you would like to wear it).
