Our top stories this week give highlights from the first-ever Senate Transportation Discussion Panel held in Southwestern  Illinois on the campus of Lindenwood University in Belleville, Illinois. Senator Martin A. Sandoval was the chair of this event and he introduced a panel of respected speakers from a variety of Southwestern Illinois multi-modal projects that each gave a presentation.
