The year 2017 seems to be flying by, the construction of the new mixed-use development in Edwardsville is one of the many exciting projects taking place this summer. This featured story explains in greater detail Pin Oak plaza on a 95-acre piece of land at the southwest corner of Interstate 55 and Highway 143 interchange in Edwardsville. The mixed-use commercial frontage plaza will include a hotel, one or more restaurants and other related amenities.

With the month of June quickly approaching, we are excited about the Scott Air Force Base Air Show and Open House open to the public on the 10 th and 11 th of June. The air show will include The United States Air Force Thunderbirds as Scott AFB celebrates their 100 th year of existence. We hope you can make it!

Again this edition includes many Leadership Council members highlighted in the stories below, and we encourage you all to read about the wonderful things going on throughout Southwestern Illinois!
