As Winter temperatures start to cool for the season, however the economic activities still demonstrate a high degree vibrant activities. Hyatt Place Hotel and Conference Center announced it's newest location on Highway 15 across from the National Shrine of the Lady of the Snows in Belleville, Illinois.
 
The groundbreaking on an $8.1M riverfront project in East St. Louis is yet another example further development as a transportation hub will soon become a foundation for additional riverfront development activities.
 
Further construction is underway as America's Central Port located in Granite City and Madison, Illinois, builds 4.25 miles of new rail track in its business and industrial areas. This new infrastructure asset will serve as a medium for even more economic development.
