Industrial rebound: Gateway leased, TriStar eyes $60 million spec

With Saddle Creek Corp., a third-party logistics company from Florida, set to lease nearly 700,000 square feet of industrial space in the 673 building at Gateway Commerce Center later this year, TriStar Properties, the developer of the industrial park, expects to start construction on a new speculative facility in May.
