The GCMB is excited to announce that Kia Hargrove has been promoted to Licensing Unit Manager. Kia has been with the board for five years, starting as an application specialist, and most recently was appointed to Lead Specialist acting as Assistant Unit Manager of the Licensing Unit. Kia welcomes your questions and comments as you go through the application process (khargrove@dch.ga.gov).
Kia replaces Carol Dorsey, who retired the end of March. Carol has served the citizens of Georgia for over ten years, working with the Georgia Board for Physician Workforce as well as the GCMB. We wish her a happy retirement.
