Aspirus Emerging Leaders is a leadership development program designed to provide additional learning opportunities for employees who are interested in becoming formal leaders throughout the organization. The program provides opportunities and challenges for those who desire advancement or want to have a better understanding of the skills needed to become an effective leader at Aspirus.

Application Opens January 2, 2024

The next round of applications for Aspirus Emerging Leaders will be open from January 2-19, 2024. The application is completed by both the applicant and their manager.

Additional details about eligibility, requirements and the schedule are available on the Aspirus intranet. Look for the homepage banner or the program link under the “Life & Career” menu. The online application will be accessible from this page starting Jan. 2 through Jan. 19.

Find IT Support Options on Intranet

Looking for non-urgent IT support or to check on the status of a request? Save a call to the Service Desk and start with the intranet first. Look for the Information Technology (IT) link among the “Service Request” options in the Work Tools & Resources menu. You’ll find options to submit support tickets, make project requests, check the status of your open and closed incidents or requests, and get access to our Epic Learning Library.

W-2 and 1095-C

With delivery of your W-2 and 1095-C just around the corner, employees are reminded that you can log into the Infor CloudSuite Application and sign up to receive your W-2 and/or 1095-C via the web. When you sign up, an email is sent to your primary work email notifying you when the document is available. You also have the option of providing a secondary email address to receive notification.

Once notified, you can log into the Infor CloudSuite Application/Web Checks to print your copy.

This option offers a faster, more efficient method of receiving the annual documents for your individual tax filings. No need to wait and watch for it in the mail!

Employees are also reminded to verify the following in the Infor CloudSuite Application to ensure Aspirus has accurate information for the generation of the W-2 and 1095-C:

Your address and Social Security number
Your dependents’ names and Social Security numbers (which should match their Social Security cards)

Please sign up for electronic delivery by January 19, 2024.

iOS Rover Downtime

Wednesday, January 10, from 1-3 a.m. (CST)

All iPhones used for Epic Rover within Aspirus facilities will undergo maintenance.

iOS Rover downtime: January 10 from 1-3 a.m. (CST).
This downtime is not coupled with an Epic upgrade. During this time, iPhone Rover devices used by staff should be docked in their home docking stations.
Android Rover devices used by Home Health staff will not be impacted.

No iPhone Rovers should be used during the maintenance period. If an iPhone Rover is not placed in the docking station during this timeframe, it could miss critical updates impacting use of the device, so please make sure they are docked during this time.

Integrate your pager and mobile device

Aspirus Health team members can access enhanced pager services by bundling AMSConnect with your existing American Messaging pager. Benefits include:

Integration with your current American Messaging pager.
Network redundancy – Never miss a page. Receive your critical pages on your pager and mobile device.
Added convenience – Receive pages on your mobile device without workflow interruption.
Expanded coverage – Pages can be received on your mobile device anywhere you have cellular or Wi-Fi service.
Peer-to-peer messaging capabilities.

AMSConnect is a replacement for Pagecopy to cell and is available to any Aspirus team members currently using an American Messaging pager. To sign up, contact the Aspirus Service Desk by calling 715-847-2300 or use the self-service portal to have your mobile device enrolled for app installation. Once your device is enrolled, you can search for AMSConnect in the Apple App or Google Play store.

Your Holiday Gift

Happy Holidays from Aspirus Health! To redeem your holiday gift – a $30 digital gift card (see list of par ticipat ing vendors) – check your Aspirus email for a message sent on Friday, December 15. This message includes your unique invitation number and directions for selecting your gift card.

When completing the redemption steps, it’s suggested you choose a personal email address rather than your work email for delivery of your digital gift card.

* Please adhere to our dress code and check with your manager to make sure your sweater is appropriate for your department and role. These are NOT casual days unless otherwise noted at the business unit where you are physically located. Look for local communications.

As a means of joyfully connecting with one another, we're inviting all Aspirus team members to post photos of your favorite holiday traditions and memories to our intranet photo gallery. Look for the banner on the intranet homepage.

PTO Buy-Back Election Period is Open

The December PTO Buy-Back election period is open. This election is made a year in advance and will be paid at 100% value with the first payroll check in December 2024. Employees interested in participating in the December PTO Buy-Back have until 12/31/23 to submit their request in GHR using the PTO Buy Back Submission Form found under Benefits > PTO Buy Back.

Payout in December 2024 is subject to criteria as outlined in the Paid Time Off (PTO) Buy-Back policy; this system-wide policy can be viewed in PolicyStat.

Active&Fit Exercise Rewards

New way to log workouts coming soon!

Through Aspirus’ Active&Fit Exercise Rewards Program you can earn $30 when you record 10 or more visits in a month to a qualified fitness center for a minimum of 30 minutes each visit.

Tracking workouts is easy. Starting January 1, 2024, workouts can be tracked via the ActiveandFit.com website or via paper form. Note: The ASHConnect app will no longer be available after December 31, 2023.

Active&Fit is available to all Aspirus employees aged 18 and older, regardless of health plan enrollment. Adult dependents aged 18 or older who are covered on the Aspirus Health Plan are also eligible to earn these rewards!

Additionally, Active&Fit Exercise Rewards offers FREE on-demand recorded fitness classes you can do anywhere through your online account.
