Default Setting in MyAspirus Now Paperless Billing

MyAspirus

Effective August 15, Aspirus Health will be changing the default setting in MyAspirus to paperless billing.

This means that instead of receiving a paper statement in the mail, guarantors/patients with a MyAspirus account will now receive an email and app notification.

Click the button below to read the full notice from July 11. It includes important process details, info on the benefits of this change, and a helpful FAQ document.

Community Benefits

Submit your activities by August 31

As part of our required tax reporting, Aspirus hospitals need to document community benefit activities for July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023.

Community benefit activities give back to the community, promote health or healing, and meet community needs.

If you took part in any activities that may count as a community benefit, please let us know.

  • Activities must have been done on work time or in your capacity as an Aspirus employee.
  • Both virtual and in-person activities are acceptable.

Complete the Community Benefits Reporting Form on the Aspirus intranet by August 31, 2023 (System Info > Community Benefits > Submit Community Benefits Reporting Information).

  • Not sure your activity counts? That’s okay. Fill out the form anyway. The Community Benefits team will review it and follow up with any questions.
