Special Winemakers Gourmet Dinner - 28th March 2024. Nearly full
Since we opened in March 2010, our legendary gourmet nights have showcased the very best of Spanish food and drink. A very special menu, personally created by Dave Upson, our Executive Head Chef to showcase the very best of Spanish gastronomy. We have 8 fabulous courses, paired with seven of the very best wines from Bodegas Bentomiz of Malaga, presented by their owner and wine maker Clara Verheij.
This will be a very special night. Bodegas Bentomiz is a boutique winery in Malaga’s hills within sight of the Mediterranean sea. Their 80 to 100 year-old vines flourish in slate soils, benefitting cooling sea breezes, brought back to life by Clara and her husband. With a combination of modern and traditional vinification techniques, they produce a range of fresh and delicate wines. Over 20 Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe serve Bentomiz wines and this night, most of them are served in Liverpool. This will be a very special night. Bookings will close this weekend
