Halloween Window Painting Huge Success

The 24th annual Halloween Window Painting event was a huge success! This past Saturday, six of Newton's villages were brought to life with color and excitement as hundreds of young artists painted the local storefront windows.

NCP was proud to support the City of Newton's Department of Parks, Recreation & Culture's Office of Cultural Development and sponsor this creative and fun community event as the "Great Pumpkin Sponsor."

We hope you got out in the beautiful weekend weather to take a walk in our village centers and check out all the fabulous Halloween scenes!

Fall Beautification!

Although it may be fall, NCP is planning and prepping now for our spring 2024 growing season. This week, NCP's Beautification Committee was busy at Newton Centre's All-American Garden removing summer and fall flowers to make room for more than 600 bulbs which were selected for our local climate.

Thank you to our volunteers who lovingly and tirelessly tend to these beautiful award-winning gardens! Although planting may not happen until next year, reach out to info@newtoncommunitypride.org if interested in volunteering with the NCP Beautification Committee.
