Booth Registration

The booth registration deadline is next week, February 16th! Don't miss this opportunity to meet PBA operators, tour planners and group leaders at the 2024 PBA Marketplace to share information about your wonderful destination. We urge you to register today!

This year we are hosted by Happy Valley Adventure Bureau at the Nittany Sports Centre in beautiful State College on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. 

The day before Marketplace, Monday, March 25, we are offering educational opportunities, a networking reception (while we are together, we will learn who the Driver and Employee of Distinction Award winners are!) and the Dine-Around.

Important Dates:

• February 9, 2024 - Last day to purchase a Sponsorship.
• February 16, 2024 - Registration ends and Sponsorship ad/artwork is due (for guaranteed placement on floor and the Marketplace Directory).
• March 1, 2024 Hotel Room reservation deadline.

We are offering a full day of professional development on Monday, March 25, 2024, the day before Marketplace.

The Intro to Marketplace Seminar is to help newer folks in the industry. Cost is $75/pp.

The Best Practices Roundtable Discussion for experienced marketplace attendees is complimentary.

These sessions are reserved for organizations registered for Tuesday's Marketplace only.

There will be plenty of time to setup and hotel check-in afterwards, so we encourage you to register.
