This two-part program is designed for existing and prospective Shaker two-family landlords, but it is open to all. The program encourages superior property management and maintenance, provides professional training to owner-occupant rental property owners, and helps landlords maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace. Topics covered include Ohio Landlord/Tenant Law, the Eviction Process, Property Management, Marketing Strategies, and the Importance of Tenant Screening.
The program is free for Shaker Heights property owners; $30 for non-Shaker property owners. All registered participants receive a workbook. Pre-registration is required.
