Say It Ain't So: No May Dine Out
While the May Dine Out Is Cancelled, We Are Hopeful That We Can Bring Back Dine Out On Broadway Soon
The Dine Out on Broadway was originally slated as a program to help businesses with expanded outdoor dining during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This program was vital to the survival of our businesses and has brought millions of dollars of revenue to our local businesses, ensuring they can keep their doors open & helped to keep jobs within our community for years to come. While the pandemic era programs are coming to an end, we are hopeful we can continue this program into the future, as it provides extra economic stimulus for our neighborhood & a fun, safe environment for our community to enjoy local eateries. For now, the future of Dine Out is uncertain, but as soon as we know we can bring this program back, we will be taking to the streets once again for weekends filled with Al Fresco Dining!

Want to help us bring back dine outs? Contact your elected officials & let them know what the expanded outdoor dining program means to you! Click Here to Learn How to Help!

LVECC and the 44th Ward Have Partnered to Collection Donations for Chicago's Migrant Crisis
Urgent Call for Donations to Support the Migrant Crisis in Chicago
Mayor Lori Lightfoot had declared a state of emergency in response to the current migrant crisis in Chicago. As the migrant crisis continues to unfold in Chicago, it is crucial that we come together as a community to support those in need. The Lakeview East Chamber office as well as numerous community partners are stepping up to serve as a drop-off location for essential items that can greatly improve the lives of migrant children and adults. Your contributions can make a significant difference in providing comfort and relief to those affected by this humanitarian crisis.

By donating these essential items, we can bring comfort, security, and a sense of hope to those who need it most. Please drop off your contributions at the Lakeview East Chamber office (3138 N. Broadway Tuesday - Friday from 10AM - 4PM) or to any of our community partners, as your generosity will go a long way in making a positive impact on the lives of these vulnerable individuals. Together, we can stand in solidarity and show compassion for those experiencing these challenging circumstances.
