New City Wide Mandates
Effective January 3, any individual age 5 and older will be required to show proof of vaccination to dine indoors, visit gyms, or enjoy entertainment venues where food or drink are being served.

To help stop the spread of COVID-19, the City of Chicago has issued Public Health Order 2021-2, which requires certain establishments to verify that patrons are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The Public Health Order will remain in effect until the City of Chicago is through this Omicron-driven surge and the risk of overwhelming hospital capacity has passed.

Lakeview East has a variety of locations offering the Covid-19 vaccine.

To find a vaccination location closest to you, please follow the button below.

Vaccine availability is subject to change. Appointments are required at most locations. Click a location with vaccine “In stock” to take the next step and schedule your appointment.

Community Developments
3160 N. Broadway
Seminary Properties and Management, Ltd. is planning to redevelop the 3160-2 N Broadway property with a transit-oriented, mixed use development. The project consists of 17 units, 6 parking spaces, 17 bicycle parking spaces, and ground floor retail/commercial space. The building will be 4 stories with a partial 5th floor. The top floor is set back 15 feet from the Broadway property line and 60 feet from the rear property line. Floors 2 through 4 are also set back 30 feet from the rear property line.
In order to preserve the historic elements of the existing building, the existing terra cotta accents, sill courses, cornice and coping pieces will be reused in the façade of the proposed building. The remainder of the building will be masonry.
The developer will seek a Type 1 zoning change from the existing B3-2 to B3-3.
