New City Wide Mandates Starting January 3rd, 2022
Effective January 3, any individual age 5 and older will be required to show proof of vaccination to dine indoors, visit gyms, or enjoy entertainment venues where food or drink are being served.

To help stop the spread of COVID-19, the City of Chicago has issued Public Health Order 2021-2, which requires certain establishments to verify that patrons are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The Public Health Order will remain in effect until the City of Chicago is through this Omicron-driven surge and the risk of overwhelming hospital capacity has passed.

Lakeview East has a variety of locations offering the Covid-19 vaccine.

To find a vaccination location closest to you, please follow the button below.

Vaccine availability is subject to change. Appointments are required at most locations. Click a location with vaccine “In stock” to take the next step and schedule your appointment.

The studio is all-inclusive; premium mats and mat towels, showers, essential-oil bath products and shower towels, and all those sweet touches you might crave before or after practice have been considered and provided.
Each all-levels practice is 50-minutes of candle-lit, fast-paced yoga choreographed to the bumping beats of the inspiring playlists of our teachers, bookended by meditation and massage. Each week, a new peak pose and class intention guide the practice. Advanced variations as well as inversions are offered in every class, as well as hands-on adjustments. Two yoga teachers lead each class, one to guide sequence, and one to provide alignment assists and demonstrations that benefit veteran yogis and beginners alike. What's on in the Belmont Theater District?
Just minutes from downtown in Chicago's Lakeview and Lakeview East neighborhoods, the Belmont Theater District is home to more than 50 theaters and hundreds of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance.

Amidst recent suspension of group gatherings and, thus, live performances, many Belmont District Theaters have opted into providing digital, remote and streaming programming for patrons to enjoy from the comfort of their own homes.
Community Developments
3160 N. Broadway
Seminary Properties and Management, Ltd. is planning to redevelop the 3160-2 N Broadway property with a transit-oriented, mixed use development. The project consists of 17 units, 6 parking spaces, 17 bicycle parking spaces, and ground floor retail/commercial space. The building will be 4 stories with a partial 5th floor. The top floor is set back 15 feet from the Broadway property line and 60 feet from the rear property line. Floors 2 through 4 are also set back 30 feet from the rear property line.
In order to preserve the historic elements of the existing building, the existing terra cotta accents, sill courses, cornice and coping pieces will be reused in the façade of the proposed building. The remainder of the building will be masonry.
The developer will seek a Type 1 zoning change from the existing B3-2 to B3-3.
