LEC Awarded Delano Clinic Expansion by Mortenson Construction

LEC was just awarded the electrical contract through Mortenson Construction for the 11,000 square foot clinic expansion in Delano, MN for the Ridgeview Group. This project marks the third healthcare project that we have worked on with Mortenson this year.

We have already completed our temporary power for the jobsite and trailer, as well as our underground work. This expansion is set to be operational by July.

Healthcare facilities are one of our specialties at Laketown Electric. LEC Awarded 34,000 Square Foot Design-Build Expansion at Automotorplex motorplex 11 9

We started work at the Automotorplex Facility Expansion in Chanhassen last week. We were the design-build electrical contractor selected to help design 26 individual garages for those that have a passion for fine automobiles. Each garage is completely customizable, and some of the units include wine cellars, full living quarters and 100 amps of power in each unit.
