The opening of the Hard Rock Cafe is one of the many financial investments improving the community of South Lake Tahoe. The world famous hotel and casino kicked off their grand opening on January 28th with hundreds of people waiting at the doors to get in.

 

Opening the Hard Rock was a huge project, which involved remodeling an aging hotel and casino that hadn't seen glory days in decades.

 

David and Jon Park, owners of the property, teamed with Warner Hospitality to create South Shore's newest casino and hotel. They have invested $60 million and what was unveiled during the grand opening is showing that it was money well spent.

 

Over 700 construction workers have been working full steam on getting the building ready for the Hard Rock brand. There will eventually be 539 hotel rooms, but only 140 were ready for opening night.  Continue...  

 

Paradise Real Estate is moving! But we did not have to go far to further improve our location. 

 

We will no longer share space with Paradise Timeshare Resale. Paradise Real Estate will be opening a brand new real estate showroom prominently located in the heart of Heavenly Village near the Gondola, directly across from Basecamp Pizza and next door to Starbucks. 

 

What does this mean for our clients that want to sell their property? MASSIVE EXPOSURE! 

 

We will be featuring an interactive, state-of-the-art search tool in our front window, that will enable real estate buyers and sellers to search homes currently for sale. Lake Tahoe visitors will be able to text and email themselves listings to review later at home! This new front window display will attract prospective real estate clients to it like moths are attracted to a light! Our client's properties will receive great exposure.

 

I am also excited to announce that our office will have a wine theme featuring a custom tasting room. We will be hosting special wine tasting events, for all of our clients enjoyment.

We plan on a soft opening on March 15th and to be in full swing by April with a grand opening in the Spring.
