The 36th Annual Tandem Mass Spectrometry Workshop

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

The Annual Tandem Mass Spectrometry Workshop will be held at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Lake Louise, Alberta from December 4 to 7, 2024. The Workshop focuses on scientific exchange and dissemination of technical aspects of tandem mass spectrometry. Our program features: invited keynote lectures, contributed talks, poster presentations, award talks and several networking activities. Sessions take place in the heart of the Canadian Rockies − 2.5 hours from Calgary. The format is informal and designed to stimulate discussion for a maximum of 110 participants.

Student Travel Awards

There are several travel awards offered to students to participate at the Lake Louise Tandem MS Workshop. Submissions are Due: September 10, 2024.

The Ken Standing Award

The Ken Standing Award is presented by the University of Manitoba and ETP Symposium biennially to honour a scientist who has made a significant contribution to technology development in support of research in the life sciences. Nominees are expected to be 50 years or younger at the time of the nomination. The award is now presented at the Lake Louise Tandem MS Workshop and includes a $2500 cash award and a commemorative sculpture. The award winner will be a featured speaker at the Workshop.  Submissions are Due: August 1, 2024.
