Badger National Honor Society
The Badger National Honor Society partnered with Lakeland Church and the organization "Kids Around the World" to pack 30,000 meals! These meals will be distributed to hungry children in countries around the world. Each box will feed one child for an entire school year.

Congratulations to the Badger ProStart Team
Congratulations to the Badger High School ProStart Culinary team for placing 14th out of 48 teams at nationals! Lake Geneva School is so proud of these students for their hard work and dedication.

Lake Geneva Middle School Soul Club
The LGMS Soul club helped coordinate with "Kids Around the World" and did a Meal Packing event. They had over 150 students and staff package 30,000 meals in an hour. Thank you to all of the helping hands who helped order to deliver "HOPE" in the form of nutritious food to impoverished kids throughout the world.

Star Center Elementary Visit MKE Public Museum
Star Center 2nd graders had the opportunity to explore and learn at the Milwaukee Public Museum. They had a fantastic time with friends, family, and teachers.

Maple Park Special Person Lunch
Maple Park families 4K-4th grade enjoyed a Special Person lunch with one another at Star Center Elementary. After they enjoyed their lunch, they explored the Scholastic Book Fair.

Eastview Elementary Celebrate Lunch Staff
Mrs. Turk's 4th grade class honored and celebrated the lunch staff at Eastview by creating special "Thank You" wordles.

Central-Denison Elementary Spring Concert
The 2nd and 3rd graders at Central-Denison performed "The Day the Crayons Quit" as their Spring concert this year. The students worked extremely hard to prepare and perform for their loved ones.

Kids' Academy: 5K to 5th Grade
Two 2-Week Sessions for students entering 5K to 5th grade
- Session 1: June 17 - June 28
- Session 2: July 8 - July 19
Kids' Academy: 6th to 8th Grade
Students entering into 6th to 8th grade can participate in a ONE 3-week session.
- Session Dates: July 8 - July 26th

4K Jump Start
The Lake Geneva Joint #1 School District is inviting all enrolled, incoming 4-year-old kindergarten (4K) students to join us this summer for our 4K Jump Start program. This program will assist with your child's transition into 4K for the 2024-2025 school year.
* 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
* All classes are held at Central-Denison Elementary School
* $50 for session
* Bus transportation is available from designated locations.
* Breakfast & Lunch are available for FREE. A snack will also be provided.

Coffee with the Superintendent
Join Superintendent Dr. Peter Wilson, May 29, 2024 from 8:30 am to 9:30 am at Inspired Coffee Shop. Stop to fill up a warm cup of coffee and enjoy informal discussions on all things related to Lake Geneva Schools. The casual setting of Coffee with the Superintendent will allow for questions and conversation. There is no structured agenda. It's also a great time to meet other parents and community members.

The time has come to register your child for 4K for the 2024-2025 school year! Lake Geneva Schools offers half-day and full-day 4K at Central-Denison Elementary and Star Center Elementary. Enroll online below!

YMCA Child Care Registration Open Now
School-aged child care registration is now open at the YMCA for the 2024-2025 school year. Before, during and after school care is available for ages 3-12 years old. Programming includes Early Explorers Preschool, Y Base, and School Day Out.

When School's Out, Summer EBT is Here to Help!
Summer EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) is an income-based program that helps families buy food for their children while school is out. WI will send $120 for each child who qualifies. To learn more, click below.

Beginning with the 2024-2025 school year, the Geneva Lakes Family YMCA will be providing Early Explorers Preschool in place of Buzzing Bees' Preschool at Central-Denison & Star Center Elementary Schools.
