I hope everyone is enjoying these last days of summer as much as I am. I had the most amazing experience getting two hours of private pool time on the last hot day summer this past Wednesday afternoon. I spent most of the summer making sure my kids were enjoying their summer and all ready for the start of school. I almost forgot how important it was to make sure I also enjoy my summer too :)

Now that our summer vacations are over, kids are back to school and we are back to our fall schedule, I want to offer some Labor Day sales to welcome our students back to regular practice and to introduce our programs to new students. • Tuesday 7:15PM - 8:15PM EST time slot will be Yang Style Tai Chi 24 Form (Offered Both In-Person and Online)
• 24 Form will be given its own class time slot and no longer be taught in the Tuesday 6PM EST time slot
• Traditional Yang Long Form will no longer be on the regular class schedule but we will find a way to keep it in the curriculum
