Local 891 Member,
We hope to see as many of our members as possible to come out and show the strength of our union at the NYC Central Labor Council Labor Day Parade! We believe this is a fantastic opportunity for our new members to see how dedicated Local 891 members are to the labor movement. You worked hard to get where you are today! Bring your family to walk with pride and in solidarity up 5th Avenue among your sisters & brothers!
Those who are able to attend will recieve a hat and shirt!
We will be serving a hot breakfast prior to marching at the Jacqueline Onassis H.S., 120 West 46th Street between 6th and 7th, starting at 7:30 AM. This breakfast will also serve as our monthly General Membership Meeting, which will take place starting at 10:00 AM. We have a scheduled march time of 12:00 PM and will be marching from an assembly location at 46th Street between 6th and 7th Avenue.
If you wish to ride a motorcycle, let us know!
The assembly for motorcycles will be on 47th Street between 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue.
