WHEN:    Wednesday, December 17, 2014 (9:00 AM)

900 North Third Street

Baton Rouge, LA  70804-9062

LaTEACH members are encouraged to reach out to your legislators and put on your purple shirt to join fellow LaTEACH members at the meeting. With the support of LaTEACH members and Louisiana Legislators, Act 833 produced changes in law to provide certain students with disabilities alternative pathways to be promoted to the next grade level and/or to graduate from high school with a diploma.  This Legislative hearing will offer Legislative oversight to review and offer recommendations for implementation of this new law.

If this issue is important to you, share your thoughts and recommendations on implementing Act 833 with legislators below who will be representing you at this meeting.

If you don't have a purple LaTEACH shirt, contact your  LaTEACH Regional Leader and we will provide one for you.
