LWV OPRF November 16 Week in Preview
Second Tuesday Review
Thank you all!  It's been a productive year for Second Tuesday forums despite all the challenges. The 2020 Census, gun control, affordable housing, our local environmental update, the Fair Tax, reimagining policing -- you were there, examining and discussing the issues. Thank you for your participation and support! See you next time on Tuesday, January 12, at 9:30am. Save the date, and we wish you all safe and joyous holidays. -- Jane Hastings and Judith McDevitt, Second Tuesday Co-Chairs

LWV Evanston Program
LWV Evanston presents, "A Review of the Vote" with David Orr, Former Chicago Alderman, Vice Mayor, and Cook County Clerk, on Wednesday, November 18 at 7:oopm via Zoom. The election on November 3 was historic and unique because of the pandemic, the hotly contested Presidential race, and accusations of voter fraud. David Orr, the Cook County Clerk who oversaw elections for 28 years, will present his assessment of the character of the voting process locally and nationally. You can register to attend this event here.
