Extra shift incentives have been extended through June 10, 2023 with the following changes:
RN Day Shift: $15/per hour
RN Eve/Night Shift: $30/per hour
Day-to-Night Bonus: Flat dollar pay for RNs who move to nights for 2 or 4 weeks.
Two weeks: $1,000
Four weeks: $2,000
RNs must be approved by the VP of Patient Care Services prior to starting.
Also, all open shifts are not incentive eligible, the VP of Patient Care Services will approve open shifts that are eligible. Management should inform you whether an open shift is incentive eligible.
Per Diem RNs are eligible after working 36 hours per pay period. JNESO has been discussing with management the concerns regarding this new requirement.
