EQUIPMENT THEFT SCHEME

Please note that there is currently a theft scheme in play that has targeted surveying companies in Washington, California, and Florida.

A Ukranian or Russian man who has used the name Yevgeniy Kostenko (also goes by Yev) comes in for an interview (or possibly gets as far as being hired) and steals equipment, never to be heard from again.

Please be diligent in your hiring efforts and alert the police if he contacts you.
