I hope you are having a great summer!!!

First I want to say thank you to all of the Clubs for the hard work you put in during the 2023-2024 Lions year. YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!

We are starting out with our new year on a high note with Governor Scott Quinlan and Irish as our Captains and Lion Roger as Co-Captain.

I know that all Clubs are in the planning stages for the upcoming year. Please advertise all of your service projects and fundraisers in The Wrap. This is the best way to get the information out to all Clubs.

Our District Team will soon be starting visitations to the Clubs. I want to assure you that we will support you in all that you do whether it be service or fundraisers. We are here to help.

As your 2nd VDG, I will be contacting your zone chairpersons for updates as to what is going on at your Club. We, as your District Team, will work with you to help with membership, leadership and service. If you have any questions, please contact your Zone Chairperson or

myself.

Our First District membership meeting is scheduled for Saturday, August 31, 2024 at 11:00am at Kiwanisland in Garden Grove. There will be games, food and FUN!!!! Get your reservations in early.

All Clubs should have been contacted by your Zone Chairperson for the first Zone Meeting of the year. Please come to the meeting with suggestions for a Zone project and be prepared to

promote your events.

Let us make this a great year for all Clubs and remember “WE SERVE”.
