LENS is an interdisciplinary community dedicated to bringing people together who are interested in remote sensing, connecting with stakeholders through translational ecology, and characterizing socio-environmental systems (SES) in landscapes surveyed by the National Ecological Observatory Network Airborne Observation Platform’s (NEON AOP).

We held our first workshop in in Annapolis, Maryland from May 4th–6th, 2022 at the National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center.
