Diane has over 27 years of experience and assists her clients in all phases of litigation, from Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) through trial in the state and federal courts of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
Diane’s practice focuses on transportation litigation, including the defense of school bus, paratransit and commercial transportation companies, as well as railroads (Federal Employers' Liability Act). Her practice also focuses on professional liability litigation, including the defense of nursing homes and assisted living facilities, non-profit entities and catastrophic wrongful death and traumatic brain injuries. Diane efficiently and successfully resolves cases while also assessing trial strategy. She has been asked by her clients to step in and try complex cases in challenging venues. Her diverse experience allows her to offer clients a unique perspective for settlement options, defenses and trial strategies.
