We are pleased to announce our inaugural tour combining two very exciting places on the cutting edge of Mexican cheese and wine culture- Querétaro and Baja California.
Using the picturesque setting of San Miguel Allende as our home base, we will follow the route of Querétaro cheese and wine makers. In the evenings, we will dine with some of the country's most creative chefs, and explore San Miguel's blossoming food scene. We will stay in a gorgeous B n B in San Miguel and have the opportunity to view one of the most amazing private mask collections.
We will travel by plane from Leon to Tijuana and start in the beaches of Ensenada, Baja California. Enjoy the famous fish tacos, a fishing trip and visit some famous seafood chefs. Explore a cheese cave in Ojos Negros. Sleep in the midst of the vineyards of Valle de Guadalupe. Visit the wine museum, several wineries, Baja chefs, specialty shops and more cheese and olive oil producers over the next few days. The chefs and winemakers are so much fun! This culinary journey will culminate with an elegant Vendimia dinner celebration at one of the local vineyards.
