Van tyres
Van and light commercial vehicle markets are giving tyre suppliers and servicers plenty of reasons to be cheerful. The boom in e-commerce dependence for everything from grocery deliveries to mobile-fitting tyres on customer driveways over the pandemic period has helped demand to stay relatively high through economic strife. There are good reasons to think that growing consumer behaviour trends in the period will outlast the pandemic, especially considering the newfound willingness of businesses to offer increased home working options beyond the socially distanced era. All the while, van fleets are more demanding than ever, increasingly looking for tyres that suit rugged urban applications and offer greater efficiencies. As fleets convert to electric vans in greater numbers, we can expect the desire to maximise range to be added to these demands too.
