2. What is your initial response to conflict with members of your team? How might it effect both performance and the overall feeling of teamwork?
3. Do you currently have any issues or conflict with someone that you've been avoiding or trying to work through? What steps have you taken to resolve this?
4. Do you consider how other individuals on your team feel about conflict? How might that affect their attitude towards your feelings about conflict?
5. How do you manage your relationships in general? Would you say you are focused and consistent in monitoring and working on your relationships or just let things take their natural course?
