Diving Into Your Benefits & Perks

Paid parental leave is available for both parents (spouse or committed partner) for births, adoptions, and foster care placements starting day one.

Eligible employees will receive 2 weeks of paid leave per rolling 12 months.

When you apply for time off in Oracle, you will see an option for parental leave.

This policy applies to any full-time, regular Astec employee who gave birth to a child, is the spouse or committed partner of a person who has given birth personally or via surrogacy, adopted a child or placed with a foster child (aged 17 or younger in both cases).
