Savannah Belles Ferry | Free Essential Transportation: If you’re not staying at the Westin, the Savannah Belles Ferry is your best friend for crossing the Savannah River. Westin guests will also use this free service to explore River Street and beyond. We’ve extended ferry hours until midnight! Check the regular schedule at Savannah Belles Ferry.

SEDC Off-Site Events | Free Bus Service: Enjoy our complimentary bus service for off-site events. Here’s the schedule:

• Golf: Depart Westin at 8:00 AM | Return at 2:00 PM
• Port of Savannah Tour: Depart Westin at 9:45 AM | Return at 1:00 PM
• Beach Party at Tybee Island: Depart Westin at 9:45 AM | Return at 4:00 PM
• Prohibition Museum Tour: Depart Westin at 2:45 PM | Return at 5:00 PM
• Closing Reception: Departures begin at Westin at 5:30 PM | Returns run from 8:00 to 9:30 PM

SEDC Beach Party | Fun in the Sun: Heading to the SEDC Beach Day on Sunday, July 28? Meet the free bus at the Westin at 9:45 AM. The return bus departs the beach at 4:00 PM. These are the only shuttle runs. If you would like more or less time at the beach, please arrange your own transportation via car. Facilities at the beach include bathrooms, a covered pavilion, and beach seating. Drinks and snacks are provided, with lunch available for purchase at the Pavilion.

Opening Reception | Swing into Action: Don’t miss the SEDC Opening Reception on Sunday, July 28 from 6:00 – 7:30 PM in the Grand Ballroom. Enjoy mingling with colleagues and live music from the Equinox Orchestra!

80's Night Closing Reception | Relive the 1980s and Rock Out: The #SEDC2024 Closing Reception on July 30 from 6:00 - 10:00 PM is going to be epic!
