On Sunday, July 21, Keith and Nahla Kroell will provide a mission update on their work in Lebanon in support of Interserve Lebanon, one of Knollwood's missionary partners. Keith and Nahla recently returned to the states on Home Assignment after serving in Lebanon and the Middle East for the past 22 years. Please join the Kroells in the Murphy Room from 9:00-10:00 a.m. for an opportunity to meet and learn more about their ministry, sharing the love and compassion of Jesus Christ to those facing urgent (and in may cases life-threatening) circumstances in an area of growing and intensified conflict. Coffee and snacks will be provided. No pre-registration is required.

We had a fantastic week at VBS, and it's all thanks to YOU! Thank you to everyone who volunteered, prayed, donated, decorated, and offered words of encouragement during VBS Week. We were excited to welcome over 130 kids to VBS this year. We learned that Jesus is a great reason to have a party, and celebrated the good news that God loves us. Our Fusion age kids were able to pack nearly 200 "snack packs" to help meet the needs of the Lorton Area Food Bank. We are thankful for all of your efforts to help us make this a fun, meaningful event for kids and families. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!!

All are invited to join us as we share communion during the morning worship service on July 28. At Knollwood, we practice open communion for any and all who have placed their trust in Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

One of our Knollwood family let us know about this evangelism training opportunity at a local church. He will be attending with his son and we wanted to let others know about the opportunity.
