FREE SYMPHONY CONCERT
SATURDAY, APRIL 20, 7PM
| We have a great opportunity as a church to invite our family, friends, and neighbors, to a FREE concert at Knollwood. The SymphoNYChorus, a choir and orchestra from New York City, will perform a FREE concert of contemporary Christian songs, gospel, classical music, and more! We’ll be getting the word out to our local community, but word of mouth and personal invitations are always best, so we encourage you to RSVP for your family and start inviting others by sharing the link below. VBS DATES FOR SUMMER 2024
| Save the Date! VBS will be Tuesday, July 9 to Friday, July 12 this summer. We will have an evening VBS (5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) for kids Age 4 to Grade 6 (includes rising 7th graders). Registration for VBS will open in April...but don't worry...you can sign up to volunteer as early as TODAY! There are so many ways to help out with VBS, so if you are interested in being part of this amazing way to serve families and teach kids about Jesus, please reach out to Katie Conaway, our Kids Ministry Director. | |

CMA DAY OF PRAYER
THIS SUNDAY, MARCH 3
| On March 3rd the Christian Motorcyclists Association will be conducting its annual day of prayer. We are going downtown to walk around and pray for the three branches of government. We are inviting everyone to join us. We will meet at the entrance to the Capitol South Metro Station at 2:30pm. The metro station address is 355 First St SE. We will pray for our elected and appointed officials in the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of our government. For more information please contact Stan Harris. | |

FREE ESOL CLASS AVAILABLE | Abiding Presence Lutheran Church is offering a free ESOL class to begin Wednesday, March 13th, from 10:30 - 11:30am. The class requires a smartphone or laptop/home computer able to support the Duolingo app. | |
