SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES COURSE

SUNDAYS IN THE MURPHY ROOM

The Spiritual Disciplines course resumes this coming Sunday, February 25, starting at 9:00am in the Murphy Room. Since it will be two weeks since we last met, it is recommended to re-read the Gospel of John chapter 2, the wedding feast at Cana in preparation. We hope to see you there!

We've had a great time watching episodes 1-6 of The Chosen Season 4 in the theater. It’s that time again! The Mendez family has booked tickets for the last two episodes 7 & 8 on Saturday, March 2. We’d love to have you join us! Purchase your tickets and we’ll see you there!

We have a great opportunity as a church to invite our family, friends, and neighbors, to a FREE concert at Knollwood. The SymphoNYChorus, a choir and orchestra from New York City, will perform a FREE concert of contemporary Christian songs, gospel, classical music, and more! We’ll be getting the word out to our local community, but word of mouth and personal invitations are always best, so we encourage you to RSVP for your family and start inviting others by sharing the link below. Save the Date! VBS will be Tuesday, July 9 to Friday, July 12 this summer. We will have an evening VBS (5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) for kids Age 4 to Grade 6 (includes rising 7th graders). Registration for VBS will open in April...but don't worry...you can sign up to volunteer as early as TODAY! There are so many ways to help out with VBS, so if you are interested in being part of this amazing way to serve families and teach kids about Jesus, please reach out to Katie Conaway, our Kids Ministry Director.

On March 3rd the Christian Motorcyclists Association will be conducting its annual day of prayer. We are going downtown to walk around and pray for the three branches of government. We are inviting everyone to join us. We will meet at the entrance to the Capitol South Metro Station at 2:30pm. The metro station address is 355 First St SE. We will pray for our elected and appointed officials in the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of our government. For more information please contact Stan Harris.
