Dear Lexington Catholic Families and Friends,
We are pleased to announce that enrollment and re-enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year begins the week of January 11, 2021. There are several changes and improvements to this process.

For the first time, we are offering a special tuition rate for those who commit early and enroll or re-enroll on or before 11:59 pm on Friday, March 5, 2021. After this date, the tuition rate increases

A $250 non-refundable Enrollment Fee is due with the completed contract
- Your early commitment to Lexington Catholic High School is important. Early Enrollment helps us determine staffing, programming, and overall budget. All are encouraged to commit early to show your support of Catholic Education and Lexington Catholic High School
- Enrollment Contracts will be emailed out next week. The Enrollment Contract link is sent to the primary parent or guardian as designated in the RenWeb system
- Parish Verification Covenant forms are required to receive the Catholic Tuition Rate
- International Students should contact the Enrollment Office for International Student Tuition rates
- Limited funds are available for Tuition Assistance. Should you wish to apply for Tuition Assistance, you will apply through FAIR beginning the week of January 11. The application window closes on April 16, 2021

1) Enrollment Responsible Party-RenWeb permits only one parent/guardian to receive and complete the online Enrollment Contract. The same person is also 100% responsible for any and all Enrollment Fees. Again, only the parent indicated as the primary contact will receive the link.
2) Tuition and Incidentals-Tuition and Incidentals may be split between families that have requested separate FACTS accounts. Please contact Jennifer Huff in the business office to assist you. She can be reached at jhuff@lexingtoncatholic.com or 859-277-7183 ext. 242.
3) Separately, cafeteria purchases (lunch, sides, and snacks) may only be assigned to one parent/guardian at 100% in RenWeb. It may not be split-up between parties. Please provide the name of the financially responsible parent/guardian.

The parish verification process is an essential step in families receiving the full Catholic school tuition discount at Lexington Catholic (this discount is reflected in the Catholic rate). It is the responsibility of each family to have this form to their parish for completion no later than April 15, 2021 and submitted to Lexington Catholic's business office on or before May 1, 2021.

Tuition and Fees 2021-2022 |
Lexington Catholic recognizes and appreciates the sacrifices a family makes to provide their child with a Catholic Education. Great analysis, discussion, and consideration are taken to determine tuition rates. We recognize the financial uncertainties that many are facing at present and are sensitive to those needs.
To operate, Lexington Catholic has fixed expenses that increase annually. This combined with attracting and maintaining a talented and experienced faculty and staff, are essential considerations in the tuition evaluation process.

FAIR is a nationally recognized leader in financial aid assessments for private and parochial schools. All information is held in strict confidence. FAIR Tuition Assistance applications are completed online.

Smiley-Spalding Scholarship for Incoming Freshman |
Incoming Freshmen for the 2021-2022 school year who scored a national composite score of 90% or higher on the High School Placement Test and exhibit financial need as determined by FAIR are invited to apply for the Smiley-Spalding Scholarship. Volunteer Requirement
|
All Lexington Catholic parents and guardians who volunteer on campus must complete the required CMG Connect Volunteer background check and approval process. This includes working at school events such as concession, chaperoning trips, special events, assisting with athletic teams, and more. This is a Diocesan-wide policy.
