Cameron De mill had a company called easy stone care, now he has joined up with Stuart Rosen with MB Stone care. Easy Oxy is probably the best heavy duty neutral cleaner

on the market and the Easy Scrub is great for water deposits and deep cleaning for shower floors. During the shut down David Bonasera did many videos for MB stone.

Edwin who runs ESP Sales e-commerce department also did some videos but in Spanish. This was to target the house cleaning industry and get much better education when they come to clean your home.

Industry News

During the shutdown David has been working on new products. One of them is Renovo products which is in Arizona owned by Crag Smith.

This is for hard water lines for your pool. David and Crag are still working on a product to compliment this system that will work on very heavy water deposits like the stuff you have not cleaned for more than 10 years.  Here is a video of the basic system.

David is currently working on next year’s Surfaces/Stone expo educational classes in Los Vegas with the Natural Stone Institute. So fare David has 5 classes that he has put together. 


Next month David will show you his new system on how to profile and make radius in 2 CM Porcelain tile for the hardscape in your yard. 

This Month's Recipe

Chicken Teriyaki Pineapple Bowls



  • 1 small pineapple
  • 1/3 c. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 c. cooked rise, for serving
  • Sesame Seeds, for garnish (optional)
  • Thinly sliced green onions, for garnish (optional)


Step 1

Make bowls: Slice pineapple in half, leaving the stem intact. Slice the fruit around the perimeters, angling your knife towards the middle, then make a few cuts across. Scoop chunks out with a spoon and reserve about 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice for sauce. Chop pineapple into smaller pieces to garnish (or snack on) later.

Step 2

Make sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. 

Step 3

Season chicken all over with salt. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat vegetable oil. Add chicken in an even layer and cook until golden, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden on second side, about 3 minutes more. Pour sauce over chicken and bring mixture to a simmer. 

Step 4

Make slurry: Whisk together cornstarch and water, then stir into sauce. Simmer until sauce is thickened and chicken is cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes more. 

Step 5

Divide rice and chicken between bowls and garnish with chopped pineapple, sesame seeds and green onions, if using.
