COVENANT CORNER
Covenant Complaint or Concern?
All inquiries/complaints that come into the Village office are handled confidentially. In order to properly respond to complaints, we prefer to have some way to contact the person making the complaint. Sometimes the issue is one where we have no authority, such as animal control, noise, rental housing, and parking. In these cases, we would refer the person with the complaint to the responsible authority, such as Police, County Rental Housing, Highways, etc. If we receive an anonymous letter with no return address or contact information, we have no way to try and help. The person who sent the letter may feel that their Village does not address their concerns. Do you have questions about the complaint process? Call (410)730-0770, stop by, or email us!

Make Your Voice Heard!!

Dear Transportation Advocate,

It's time again to let the County Executive know your transportation priorities for Howard County for FY 2018-23.

These top ones can become Transportation Improvement Programs [TIPs] which enables funding should it become available. If an item is not on the TIP it will not get funding! Speak up!
Howard County Executive Allan Kittleman MDOT's FY 2018-23 Consolidated Transportation Program.

The letter is due to the Maryland Department of Transportation this April, and is a result of review and input by county staff from several departments, elected and appointed officials. The Howard County Office of Transportation will host a public information and input meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 21, from 7-9 p.m. in the Columbia/Ellicott City Room of the George Howard Building, 3430 Court House Drive, Ellicott City.

Howard County's current fiscal 2017 Priority Letter is available to view at www.howardcountymd.gov/LinkClick.aspx?fileticket=KF-N7B9R37Q%3d&portalid=0; information about the fiscal 2018 letter will be posted at www.howardcountymd.gov/Departments/County-Administration/Transportation/2018-Priority-Letter.
