Dean Anthon pledges to stop over commercialization = more large condominium projects

Supports Caretta type incentives for large condominium projects in our commercial zoned areas with incentives of up to 95% residential and 5% commercial. The additional residential units and reduced commercial requirements for mixed-use projects creates more profits and larger scale projects.

Note: Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the Town Council voted against these developer incentives after the Caretta project was approved.

The Caretta Project rendering is as approved by Town Council for the corner of Donald Ross and U.S. 1. It is suspected that this one campaign issue attracted the big city hustlers and out-of-town dark money developer special interest PACs into our election. What can you do as a voter to get the dark money developer special interest PACs and the negative personal attacks out of our Juno Beach elections?

Reject my opponent, Dean Anthon, who is supported by the out-of-town developer special interest dark money PACs.
Reject the election tactics of intimidation by supporting Diana Davis who will serve you and not outside developer special interests.
Vote for Diana Davis for seat #5, who has a record of service in preserving our small beach town quality of life and of strengthening our land development regulations or zoning codes.
