Embracing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Join Jennifer L. Caputi, Esq. of Caputi Law, LLC for this one-hour continuing education course that will cover Article 10 of the Realtor Code of Ethics. It will also discuss how the Fair Housing Act impacts real estate agents ranging from building and managing inclusive business practices, embracing diversity and bias override. The course will conclude by addressing discrimination in advertising and marketings, client letters and lawful targeting.
Change to SentriKey App Access
The SentriKey App is a powerful Member Benefit that the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS® provides to all members who wish to use it. This useful SentriLock tool for active REALTOR® members comes at a significant cost to KWAOR. To be mindful of the cost to the Association, we have updated our User Policy. Effective immediately, if a member does not use the app for a period of six (6) months, their access will be deactivated due to inactivity. A member can reactivate their account by simply calling our KWAOR office at 401-885-9300.

General Membership Meeting
KWAOR would like to thank all the members who attended our 2023 General Membership Meeting. These meetings are important to our success and an excellent opportunity to share information important to REALTORS®. 
We engaged in discussions about the market, RPAC and presented our donation to A Wish Come True for $3,500. Please see our Facebook page for more photos and videos of the fun.
Over the past weekend, severe weather ripped through the South, bringing deadly tornados to Mississippi, Georgia, and Alabama. The tornados took the lives of at least 26 people and devasted towns, including a reported 2,000 homes in Mississippi. Our hearts are with those who have been impacted.

If you would like to help with disaster relief and be a hero for hope, please consider supporting the RRF 2023 Campaign. Disaster relief is why our Foundation exists.
