KDIGO IgAN/IgAV Guideline Draft Available for Public Review through September 30

KDIGO is updating The 2021 Clinical Practice Guideline for the Management of Glomerular Diseases on an ongoing, chapter-by-chapter basis. The KDIGO 2024 Clinical Practice Guideline for the Management of IgA Nephropathy (IgAN) and IgA Vasculitis (IgAV) is available for public review through Monday, September 30. The update takes into consideration evidence from randomized controlled trials published through April 2023. Based on the feedback received during this open comment period, a final revised version will be prepared for publication. Brad Rovin, MD (United States), and Jürgen Floege, MD (Germany) co-chaired the guideline chapter updates and the 2021 KDIGO Glomerular Diseases Guideline.
