On May 25th, the PEI Partnership for Growth (PFG) held a press conference to release its 2021-2026 Economic Action Plan for Prince Edward Island. The planned development was led by the Partnership and developed with the feedback of more than 220 stakeholders, providing a roadmap to support the long-term vision and five-year goals of economic growth for Prince Edward Island.

This Action Plan is a first-of-its-kind alignment of the purpose and priorities of the business community across the province. The plan, supported by the provincial government, outlines an economic action plan that represents a broad consensus on what will be necessary to continue our strong pre-pandemic growth and build the Island's economic prosperity into the future.

The Charlottetown Chamber published an updated GCACC Business Funding Directory, providing a comprehensive list of all government funding opportunities available to business owners.

The PEI Alliance of Mental Well-Being next coaching opportunity for the summer grant cycle, the Creating Connections Workshop on Thursday, August 4 from 8:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.  

The idea for this workshop stems from conversations that we’ve had over the past few months with organizations across the province. We’ve consistently heard that there’s an appetite for coming together to explore connections and building partnerships with organizations, groups and businesses interested in community mental health and mental well-being.
