OTHER NEWS AND INFO!
Message from the Mayor
Did You Know – The Kensington Police Service has just had a puppy donated to them to assist them when dealing with certain situations, such as when a dog will be helpful to relieve the stress during some police calls. This puppy, whose name is Leo, is a chocolate lab and will be trained over the next 18 months to be a facility dog and provide canine therapy. Many places find that it is beneficial to have a dog like this at specific locations such as doctor’s offices, senior’s homes, etc. I am sure you will see Leo around and once he is trained, he will look forward to visiting the schools - with the Principals permission of course. If you see Leo, say “Hello” and make him feel welcome.
